I left a dumb cfdump/cfabort in the rate service CFC. This is now fixed.

New version released

I released a new version today, but kept the version # the same since I had a mismatch between the readme file and the version number on the site.

This update adds 'Time in Transit' support from Kurt Bonnet.

Version 0.4 has been released. It fixes a cfdump/cfabort I had forgotten to remove from rateservice.cfc.
